CABLING Manufacturing

CABLING Manufacturing is the solution dedicated to the production of sets of electrical wires in any field of application from a file that contains wires informations or from Cabling 4D.

CABLING Manufacturing allows you to:

import a set of wires to be produced (harness) from an Excel file or text, or directly from an harness layout of CABLING 4D (Cabling for Design);
contextualize the harness with the material codes of your company;
store the imported and contextualized harness;
attributed to any particular individual wires of the harness (length of wire, terminals, grommets and sleeves) a processing department;
generate the partial or total bill of materials divided by departments;
generate the graphics table cutting a single wire harness;
compose a list of production consists of several harness with their quantities to be produced;
independently process the wires of a single department assigning the terminals and the related miniapplicators and sorted by color and / or miniapplicators used;
generate the BOM divided by departments;
generate the graphics cutting wires table of each department.
